    I am
    heterozygous MTFHR.What kind of protein powder can I use? Gemma pea protein by true nutrition has 45% iron per serving. In posts I see not to consume iron, except in natural green leafy vegetables. Also, I suffer chronic anxiety/depression. I have had a total hysterectomy and have been on an estradiol patch a natural estrogen. I don’t do well without estrogen. Help please answer these guestions. I have been on M-Mtfhr supplements for 2 years. But just found out the importance of
    watching dietary intake of foods.

    Mtfhr heterozygous what protein powder can I take ? Gemma pea protein has 45% iron per serving on estrogen patch Estradiol for total hysterectomy don’t do well emotionally without it. On M-mthfrnet supplements 2 years but just found out to watch diet for hidden folic acid folate
