Linda Czarniecki

How would a person with A1298c homozygous get glutathione without an IV or injections. Can it be taken orally??

Hi Linda –

Great question.

Vitamin C, selenium and cysteine are all precursors to glutathione. This is why I recommend MTHFRade and a multivitamin.

Vitamin C also recycles glutathione –

You may supplement directly with glutathione but I prefer the body makes its own.

If you want to supplement directly, I recommend the liposomal forms of glutathione as they are better absorbed.

Taking reduced glutathione is pretty much worthless.
