Hello –
The heterozygous A1298C MTHFR mutation is less likely to cause an issue in pregnancy – however, if combined with other mutations or poor digsetive health, then it can make it worse.
Please read this article on prenatal supplementation.
I also do not think you need to be taking 5 mg of folic acid with a heterozygous A1298C MTHFR mutation. I think that can cause issues.

Thank you for your answer! I have also the mutations of PAI 1 675 4G heterozygous and 844>G also heterozygous. These mutations can cause problems in pregnancy asociated with MTHFR A1298C heterozygous? Do I need a treatment in order to avoid a misscarige? I am five weeks pregnant now.
