Dear Dr.Ben
Excuse the bad grammar. I discovered the
MTHFR C677T Homozygous mutant gene TT
PAI-1 5G/5G POLYMORPHISM IS insertion
ACE deletion genotype DD
I take a long folic acid and Vitamins Spirulina Pacifica.
Seven years can not have children, completed three IVF without success.
What do you advise me of the drug and vitamin use.
Thank you for your attention and hope to answer to me.

Dr Ben

Happy –

There is room for a lot of improvement here. I recommend you read the article on Prenatal Supplementation with MTHFR.

I recommend you test your partner as well – please read this:
If you have recurrent pregnancy loss or are considering becoming pregnant, then I highly recommend you ask your doctor to test you AND your partner for the genes:

FVL – FVL2
ApoE2
PAI-1
ACE
MTHFR
The research by Ozdemir proves the point that genetics from the father and mother must be considered in recurrent pregnancy loss.

Whether heterozygous MTHFR by itself causes recurrent pregnancy loss is still to be debated; however, when combined with the above mutations, the effect is clear.

This excerpt is taken from Frequent Miscarriage article.

Please read those and get your partner tested.

I then recommend a consult. Please call 800-547-9812 to schedule.
