Dear Dr. Ben, I would like to start a protocol ASAP. I have A1298c homozygous. Can you please tell me what supplements to order. I would also like to do the MTHFR drink. Thank you so much for your time. I am feeling well at the moment but take supplements that I have no idea if they are working or not. I would like a full protocol including vitamin D3 and coQ10 Vitamin C folate B12 and fish oils or whatever you think I need to move forward… I need to be an example for my children who also have A1298c homozygous. I am ready to order!!!! And excited for the protocol and grateful for a doctor that doesn’t just know the gene mutation exists but knows what to do about it. Thank you. <3 |

Hi Linda – I will work on the A1298C MTHFR protocol this week. It is quite different from the C677T MTHFR variant. You may start on the MTHFRade. If you do not have muscle tightness or soreness, you can eliminate the D-Ribose. The Optimal Vitamin C Powder plus the Electrolyte Concentrate are what I recommend for those without muscle issues. In fact, I just finished a mugful of MTHFRade just now To get you started, you may read the C677T MTHFR Mutation Protocol article and start on: Gut health is HUGE for those with the A1298C MTHFR alleles. I don’t want you taking any methylfolate right now – not a good idea. Get your foundation solid and then see if you need it. I doubt you will need methylfolate if you get the foundation solid |
My story is long and can get pretty involved so I am going to skip many details and get straight to significant life events. I feel once you understand who I am as an individual based on my experiences, you and I will resonate on a deeper level. After all, DrBenLynch.com is not about me - it is about how I can help you.
Life experiences change a person. Or do life experiences create a person?
Bottom line: I am not your typical guy nor am I your typical doctor....
