MTHFR Conference: Calling Health Professionals

MTHFR defects are common.

Finding doctors that know how to treat MTHFR defects are not.

Sterling Hill, a woman whose life has been significantly impacted by MTHFR, is organizing this first-ever MTHFR conference in New Orleans.

Over 100 physicians have expressed interest, big-name companies are sponsoring and experts in MTHFR are lining up to speak.

I will be presenting one or more talks along with holding an afternoon workshop for health professionals on MTHFR.

This event marks the first ever conference dedicated to the MTHFR defect.

Please comment below if you are interested in attending.

Please LIKE and share this to increase awareness.

I also highly recommend you contact Sterling Hill directly by emailing her at beclotaware@gmail.com

Who should attend this MTHFR Conference in New Orleans?

  • Health professionals of any type as patients with MTHFR demand specific treatments – and avoidance of others.
  • MD’s
  • ND’s
  • DO’s
  • DC’s
  • Nutritionists
  • Dentists
  • Psychiatrists
  • Social Workers
  • Addiction Counselors
  • Autism Specialists

Individuals who are not health professionals but still would like to attend are also encouraged to do so.

Finding a physician who understands MTHFR will be easy to find at the end of the conference 🙂

I will update this post as more information solidifies.

I would be interested in furthering my training.

      Hi Sandra –

I am currently planning another conference this coming Spring.

We do have multiple online conferences available which will help further your training:
Seeking Health Educational Institute Online Courses

The most popular is the Part 1 Conference followed by Part 2.

Then the Pregnancy course or the Cancer course.

Thank you for your interest and – more importantly – so are the many patients looking for doctors like you.

    Dear Dr. Lynch:

I am a hematologist/oncologist with expertise in hypercoagulable states in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I have many cases of MTHFR mutations and I would like to make a register for them in PR as well as to prepare a paper about MTHFR mutations in PR. I am interested in participating in any CME about MTHFR mutations that you have. Please see a paper that I published in J Blood Disorders Transf 2014, 5:213. doi:10.4172/2155-9864.1000213

Please feel free to send me an email.

    Sincerely,

    Raul

Hi, thank you so much for making this information available. I have several patients who are both heterozygous and homozygous for the MTHFR C677t and the A1298c genotypes. I have been limited in what to offer them until now. I want to know if and when there is another conference or webinar for medical professionals on this matter so that I can learn more and take better care of my patients.

Dr. Fields – I’m Dr. Aron Choi, a physician working with Dr. Lynch. We’re developing new courses and content to empower doctors just like you.

Dr. Lynch offers a number of conference recordings through the Seeking Health Educational Institute (www.seekinghealth.org). His most recent keynote in London is a great place to start (https://seekinghealth.org/product/practical-clinical-application-of-methylation-and-epigenetics/).

As a clinician, what’s your biggest challenge when trying to provide the best care for your patients?

I am an RN who is affected by the MTHFR and other SNP’s. The information I am trying to gather from credible sources is limited, and traditional medicine has failed me as well as my children when trying to get appropriate treatment for symptoms that ‘don’t make sense’ to the Board Certified Internal Medicine MD. I cant wait to participate in this event and will be in the front row for every talk possible. I am sending invitations to every MD/DO/DC and RN I know in the area. I cant thank you enough for bringing this very important and informative conference to the best city in the country.( also, where the sickest people in the country live).

Hi Karen – Dr. Lynch’s teaching institute, the Seeking Health Educational Institute (http://seekinghealth.org/), has a conference planned for this coming October for health professionals. Please visit the website for more information. There are also a number of previously recorded trainings/lectures for self-study available for purchase that you might find helpful.
